• Billing: subscription status and a payment processor customer ID. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider — we never store full card details on our servers.
• Custom photo uploads (Director): if you use Director, you may upload photos for personal fantasy use. You must only upload images you have rights to use and must obtain consent from any identifiable person depicted.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your data

• Provide chat, voice, gallery, and subscription features you request.
• Maintain conversation memory and relationship progression within each character thread.
• Process Companion Pro subscriptions and send billing-related emails.
• Enforce daily limits, abuse prevention, and our women-only custom photo policy.
• Improve reliability, fix service issues, and comply with legal obligations.

AI-generated content

Characters, portraits, and many images on this site are AI-generated fictional personas. They do not depict real individuals. Chat responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or inappropriate — use your judgment.

Third-party services

• Payment processing — subscription billing and receipts. See our payment provider's privacy policy.
• AI services — chat and image generation use hosted AI providers. Message content is sent only as needed to generate responses.

Data retention & deletion

We retain account and chat data while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing support@iwantaibot.chat. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for billing records or legal compliance.

Your choices

• Update your display name or delete your account by contacting support.
• Cancel Companion Pro anytime from Manage subscription on the upgrade page, your Stripe billing portal, or by emailing us.
• Clear browser cookies to end your session; age-verification preference is stored locally.
