Response times

We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days. Billing and refund requests are prioritized. Include your account email and, for payment issues, the date and last four digits of the charge if available.

Common requests

• Cancel Companion Pro: open Manage subscription on the upgrade page, use the link in your billing email, or contact support@iwantaibot.chat. Access continues until period end.
• 7-day refund: first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days — see our Terms.
• Delete account: email support@iwantaibot.chat from your registered address.
• Charge on statement: look for IWANTAIBOT* PRO ($11.99/mo).
